1995年煙臺(tái)師范學(xué)院理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位；1998年哈爾濱工程大學(xué)工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。1998－2004年濰坊青鳥(niǎo)華光電池公司，歷任技術(shù)員、工程師，開(kāi)發(fā)中心主任和技術(shù)廠長(zhǎng)，期間清華大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)兩年，北京有色金屬研究總院學(xué)習(xí)半年，2000年參與引進(jìn)了我國(guó)首條日本全自動(dòng)鋰離子電池生產(chǎn)線，在此基礎(chǔ)上負(fù)責(zé)建成鋰離子電池半自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線。2004年復(fù)旦大學(xué)化學(xué)系攻讀博士學(xué)位，師從吳浩青院士，2007年復(fù)旦大學(xué)材料系從事博士后研究，師從孫大林教授。2009年華東理工大學(xué)副研究員，2010年常州大學(xué)從事化學(xué)電源及新能源材料的相關(guān)研究。共發(fā)表論文40余篇，其中SCI收錄36篇，IF>4的7篇，總引用率超過(guò)180次，其中兩篇論文他引均超過(guò)20次；中文專著2部，英文專著1章，申請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)明專利10余項(xiàng)。
