Example day 1:
08.30 - 9.15 Yoga
10.15 Cookery class in the bastide. Introduction to Provencal cuisine with our private chef,
preparing tapenade (dish consists of pureed olives, capers, anchovies and olive oil), brandade
(emulsion of salt cod and olive oil), anchoiade (a dip based on garlic, anchovies, capers
and olive oil) which will be enjoyed with bread and a green salad on our outside terrace.
Also tarte tatin will be prepared for dessert.
13.00 Enjoying lunch which you have prepared on the terrace.
20.00 Dinner, BBQ on the terrace.
Example day 2:
08.30 - 09.15 Yoga
10.00 A 2 km walk into Villecroze passing through olive groves and vineyards.
Guided tour of caves and 12th century Vieux Village.
13.00 Lunch at restaurant Chez Martine
16.00 On the way home visit Valcolombe (our local vineyard) situated on
our little road for wine tasting.
20.00 Pizza dinner prepared by our local pizza chef in our on-site
wood fired pizza oven. Choose your own toppings.
